New Winter Issue of Men’s Style

Categories Lifestyle

Preview of the bumper new Winter issue of Men’s Style, on sale next Monday, May 9.

Our Winter issue is full of the good stuff – coats, more coats, season casual looks, cover star Channing Tatum, F1 champion Nico Rosberg and much much more…

It’s arguable that Channing Tatum may be more famous for his torso and the fact he once worked as a male stripper than his acting chops… but we’re here to tell you, our Winter coverboy can certainly act. From his intense role in Foxcatcher to recent parts in Hail, Caesar! and The Hateful Eight, and upcoming lead role in the Kingsman: The Golden Circle sequel, Tatum is the first bona fide star of his generation.

Our 2016 Men Of Influence feature is our 9th edition of the prestigious list, and probably our most diverse yet in terms of the inclusions. From Olympic gold medal prospect Mitch Larkin to Nine journalist Peter Stefanovic, last issue’s cover Waleed Aly, V8 driver Scott McLaughlin, fashion designer Johnny Schembri and Ferrari Australia boss Herbert Appelroth, you’ll find our 2016 “Men” a fascinating bunch.

During his recent visit to Melbourne, where he won the 2016 Australian Grand Prix, we sat down with Formula One champion and championship frontrunner Nico Rosberg to discuss restaurants, Hugo Boss suits, IWC watches,  classic cars and life as a father.

Winter fashion by our Fashion Director Kim Payne focuses on coats, shot on a beautiful sheep farm with the co-operation of Woolmark, and luxe casual, shot aboard a Whitehaven motor yacht. Our regular Esquire section this issue also focuses on the intricacies of outerwear.

Our wrap-up of key timepieces from Baselworld, substantial features on ISIS defectors and Australian veterans of the Afghanistan conflict, and interviews with actor Richard Roxburgh, Aussie hockey captain Jamie Dwyer and Renault driver Jolyon Palmer are a few of the other many offerings.

The Winter issue: Big, beautiful and worth every cent.
