Cartier celebrates its new Sydney Flagship Boutique with style and elegance.
While it was opened to the public earlier this year, Cartier officially celebrated its grand new Cartier Residence at 74 Castlereagh St last week with a beautiful cocktail reception and dinner.
At the reception inside the two-floor, 700 sq m boutique, guests admired precious gems and iconic watch designs and movements, while upstairs, in an Australian first, three historical Cartier creations owned by Princess Grace Kelly were on show. These included the illustrious 10.47 carat engagement ring that was given to her by Prince Rainier III in 1956.
After an official welcome from Gregoire Blanche, Cartier’s Regional Director for South East Asia and Oceania, guests enjoyed an elegant gala dinner in the nearby historic Trust Building. Inspired by the world of movie and musical masterpieces, several bespoke immersive cabaret performances punctuated the evening. An evening of elegance and sophistication, as always expected from Cartier.
