The renowned Italian luxury fashion house further expands its presence in Australia with two freestanding boutiques.
Opening in the Sydney CBD Westfield and Melbourne’s newly revamped Chadstone shopping centre, the luxury brand founded in Rome by Edoardo and Adele Fendi will now have a heightened presence in Australia to showcase its collections, characterised by handmade crafting techniques inherited from Roman master sadlers.
Fendi is renowned for emblematic signatures such as the ‘double F’ logo, as designed by Karl Lagerfeld in 1965 – the launch of the Pergamena material, and the Maison’s trademark yellow colour. It’s highly distinctive style is characterised by fashion craftsmanship and a creative artistic sensibility.
The Sydney and Melbourne boutiques are inspired by the Maison’s Roman roots melded with the its modern, avante-garde approach to design and art. The boutiques will offer Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes and accessory collections designed by Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi.
In celebration of the openings, Fendi has created an exclusive and limited edition leather goods and accessories capsule collection, including the iconic Fendi Faces Peekaboo, Strap You and Bag Bug for Women and the limited edition Fendi Faces collection for Men (below).
