‘EXHIBITIONISM’ – the first ever exhibition dedicated to the history and legend of the Rolling Stones – is big news in London and worldwide at the moment.
Opening at the Saatchi Gallery in London, the band’s heart – Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts – attended the opening as did American fashion legend Tommy Hilfiger, who is the exhibit’s official apparel sponsor. Also attending were various progeny of the band members as well as other music stars.
Hilfiger designed a limited-edition Hilfiger Denim capsule collection of graphic t-shirts and custom jackets adorned with Rolling Stones imagery and the band’s iconic tongue logo specifically to mark the exhibition’s debut. The capsule collection will launch on tommy.com in Europe and at the Tommy Hilfiger London flagship store on Regent Street, and roll out to tommy.com sites globally and additional Tommy Hilfiger stores worldwide as the exhibit travels to new cities (the date the exhibition is travelling to Australia is currently TBC).
